This is a 6-week breathwork group journey combining nervous system regulation and deeper emotional exploration.

Some sessions are slow and grounding.
Others may be more activating and exploratory.

We always work safely, gently, and at your pace.

The Course Journey

Each session includes grounding and arrival, group check in, breathwork practice, reflection, group processing, integration, and a closing check out.

Breath practices may include functional breathing, regulating breathwork, conscious connected breathwork, somatic breathwork, movement, and guided exploratory practices.

All breathwork can be adapted to individual needs and energy levels. Participants are always encouraged to work within their own comfort and capacity.

Week 1 Regulation, Safety and Nervous System Awareness

Welcome to the group, creating a supportive space together, group agreements, and confidentiality.

An introduction to the autonomic nervous system, the vagus nerve, and how breathwork can support regulation, vagal toning, grounding, and a greater sense of safety and balance within the body.

Exploring functional breathing practices to help shift from stress and survival states such as fight, flight, and freeze towards rest, digest, regulation, and greater connection with the parasympathetic nervous system. Gentle breathwork practices focused on awareness, grounding, and connection to the body.

Week 2 Heart Opening and Letting Go

Introducing conscious connected breathwork in a supported and accessible way.

Exploring old stories, emotional holding patterns, and what may be ready to soften, release, or shift, while also welcoming new intentions, possibilities, or ways of being.

This session may also include experiences of deeper or expanded states of awareness through breathwork.

Week 3 Somatic Breathwork

Combining breath, movement, awareness, and grounding practices to explore how emotions and energy can be held within the body.

Including somatic movement, regulating breathwork, breath observation, functional breathing, and opportunities for expression, release, and expanded states of awareness.

Week 4 Inner Parts and Self-Compassion

Exploring younger parts of the self, including the inner child, inner teenager, or younger adult self.

Using breathwork, guided reflection, and conscious connected breathwork to deepen understanding, emotional connection, and awareness of different parts of ourselves.

The session will also include practices focused on self compassion, care, and gentle integration.

Week 5 Grief, Loss and Unmet Needs

A supported exploration of grief and loss in its many forms.

This may include bereavement, relationship loss, identity shifts, unmet needs, lost parts of self, or aspects of life that feel absent or unresolved.

Including conscious connected breathwork, reflection, group processing, and the potential for deeper emotional release and expanded states of awareness.

Week 6 Inner Wisdom, Clarity and Integration

A gentler closing session focused on reflection, integration, and moving forward.

Exploring connection to the inner elder, wiser self, or deeper inner knowing through breath and awareness practices.

This session offers space for insight, clarity, understanding, and reflection on how to continue integrating breathwork and nervous system practices into everyday life beyond the course.

Important Information

Some breathwork practices used within this course, particularly conscious connected breathwork, can create strong physical, emotional, and energetic experiences, including deeper or expanded states of awareness.

For this reason, you must let me know before joining the course if you currently experience, or have a history of:

• cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, or aneurysm
• epilepsy or seizures
• severe asthma or respiratory conditions
• glaucoma or detached retina
• recent surgery or major injury
• pregnancy
• severe mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder
• recent psychiatric hospitalisation or significant emotional crisis

Having one of these conditions does not always mean you cannot participate. In some cases, breath practices can be adapted or modified appropriately. A gentler approach, slower breathing patterns, or regulating breathwork may still be suitable.

If you are unsure, please feel free to contact me before booking so we can discuss what feels safe and appropriate for you. You may also wish to seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional.
